Tax Appeal Support
BBG supports attorneys and tax consultants by providing valuations needed by CRE clients seeking property-tax relief.
With increasing tax assessments for commercial real estate properties, an independent third-party appraisal may lessen the property-tax burden for CRE owners.
BBG has a proven track record of providing exceptional property-tax appeal support. The firm offers conflict-free and data-driven appraisals designed to help property owners significantly reduce over-assessments.
We also provide expert witness testimony for tax appeal cases that go to court.
Our national team offers specialized appraisal expertise across all property types. Some of the top sectors benefiting from appraisals to support tax appeal include:
+ Ofiice
+ Hospitality
+ Retail
+ Industrial
+ Portfolios
+ Unitary Valuation
Tax appeal work involving property that is taxed on a state level because it operates across county or state lines, including natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil pipelines; mining property, oil and gas terminals, and telecommunications companies.
