Senior Managing Director, Advisory Services Leader

Louis is the Senior Managing Director and Practice Leader of Advisory Services for BBG in New Jersey. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate valuation specializing in assignments for financial reporting and REIT acquisitions and conversions.  Portfolios valued range from several assets to several thousand assets nationally and internationally.

Prior to joining BBG, Louis served as Managing Director in the Financial Instruments, Structured Finance and Real Estate Group of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). Valuation assignments include ASC 805 valuations, REIT conversions, corporate planning and FIRPTA issues. Valuation and consulting assignments have included investment grade properties in the local, national and international markets. Property types valued include industrial, office, hotels and retail centers as well as land and residential subdivisions. Responsible for business development internally and externally, business strategy for the practice and technical guidance.
