Arbitration & Consulting

Arbitration is one of the five lines of litigation services offered by BBG.

Arbitration services are needed to help property owners resolve disputes outside of the court system. There are typically two-party arbitrators and a third “neutral” arbitrator involved in the arbitration itself. BBG’s group has appraisers who have routinely acted as party arbitrators for ground rent renewals, office rent renewals, garage rent renewals, retail rent renewals and disputes between private property owners. Our experienced appraisers would also be willing to serve as a “third” neutral arbitrator to issue a decision to resolve the dispute between the two parties, or the party representatives.
