Clayton M. Belger, MAI

Managing Director

Clayton Belger is responsible for BBG’s Car Wash Specialty Practice and has been active in the car wash and automotive sectors for over 10 years. Mr. Belger has primarily focused on providing appraisal services for car washes and other automotive assets on a national basis.

Prior to joining BBG, Clayton was a Staff Appraiser at The Sage Group. He has expertise in analyzing numerous property types, including multifamily, single and multi-tenant retail, industrial, office, special purpose, and vacant land. His experience also encompasses feasibility studies, consulting, and market analysis. Additionally, he has significant experience with special purpose properties, including gas stations, religious facilities, power plants, and over 500 car washes.
