    Mr. Brian Meyer has over 20 years of experience in the environmental health and real estate due diligence consulting industry, serving clients by managing a wide variety of projects at industrial, commercial, state and local government entities, schools and multifamily housing throughout the United States.  He has designed, conducted, and managed Asbestos, Lead, Radon, and Indoor Air Quality surveys, investigations, and remediation projects. He provides guidance to his clients including regulatory compliance, training and development of recommendations for the protection of employees, building occupants and the environment.

    Mr. Meyer has completed asbestos survey projects on sites from large regional hospital campuses of over a million square feet to university campuses, large metropolitan school districts, paper mills, foundries, commercial buildings, and apartment complexes.  Mr. Meyer also completes asbestos abatement project designs and facility asbestos management plans.  His background also includes the completion and management of lead based paint inspections and risk assessments of single family residences through federal grants to multifamily housing complexes seeking HUD funding.  Mr. Meyer also provides indoor air quality consulting to national employers seeking to provide a safe working environment for their employees. Concerns ranging from moisture intrusion, mold, bacteria, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, radon, water quality, noise, and light.

    Mr. Meyer has been responsible for the scheduling of staff-level employees and subcontractors, training and management of personnel conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments for over 14 years on over one-hundred thousand projects.  This includes recruiting of talent, managing subcontractors and implementing quality control measures.

    Mr. Meyer has performed phase I environmental site assessments and property condition assessments on all types of commercial properties including but not limited to mobile home communities, multifamily complexes, skilled nursing / assisted living facilities, low rise commercial buildings, retail properties, and industrial facilities.
