BBG Energy is a full-service energy service and product provider. BBG provides the following energy and water evaluation services:
BBG Energy provides state-of-the art benchmarking services utilizing Energy Star Portfolio Manager to establish energy and water consumption baselines for integration with all energy products including all levels of energy audits, Freddie Mac Green Assessments, Fannie Mae HPB reports, HUD Green loans for use in the CNA e-Tool, SBA Renewable Energy Generation Report, Measurement and Verification services and Energy Star Certification.
The Level I energy and water audit is used to evaluate potential low cost/no cost energy and water conservation measures at a specific Property. Savings opportunities are identified and basic engineering calculations are performed to estimate energy and water savings and preliminary simple payback for estimated initial implementation costs. The Level I audit can be a stand-alone audit or can be used as a basic audit for the Freddie Mac Green Up program.
The Level II energy and water audit is a more in-depth survey of the Property’s energy and water consumption equipment and components, including an in-depth lighting survey. All practical energy and water savings measures are examined and detailed calculations and/or modeling is used to determine which measures provide cost effective savings of energy and water for a specific Property. The Level II audit can be a stand-alone audit or can be used as a basic audit for the Freddie Mac Green Up program.
BBG can assist the Owner in obtaining owner-paid and tenant-paid utility cost and consumption data for use in establishing energy and water baselines for the above services.
Review of product specifications for recommended energy and water conservation measures (EWCM), on-site verification of implemented EWCM and annual or monthly benchmarking services.
