Grant Hogue is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Born and raised in Mississippi, Grant attended Mississippi State University, where he was a Business major receiving his BBA in 2009. Before joining BBG, Grant worked with Integra Realty Resources where he was actively engaged in real estate valuation across multiple property types. Currently licensed in Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Louisiana, Grant is proficient in net leased properties, retail commercial, office commercial, mixed-use, industrial, self-storage, as well as the right-of-way and eminent domain sector. Grant is currently working on his MAI designation, and serves as the Director of the Fayetteville office.
