BBG is seeking independent consultants (Professional Associates) nationwide to hire on a per contract basis to perform:

 

· Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments

· Property Condition Assessments

· Construction Progress Monitoring

A relevant degree, professional designation, and/or industry certification, such as Asbestos Inspector, is preferred. At least three years of experience performing ASTM E1527 ESAs and/or ASTM E2018 PCAs will typically be required.
