We are seeking a driven, motivated Certified General Appraiser capable of completing high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must hold a Certified General License or be near completion of obtaining licensure.

Reqirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
- Certified General Appraiser license.
- MAI designation or Candidate a plus.
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet access
- Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
- Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.

Description
The Director of Inspection will perform property inspections through visual observation during a walk-through survey of the subject property, conducting research about the property, and compliance with the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP). The Director will perform a walk-through survey, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, arranging property access, reviewing documents, communicating with the client, compiling documents, authoring summaries, presenting findings, and ensuring specialty consultants are completing their tasks.
