Reqirements
· 3+ years of experience building enterprise web applications.
· .NET Core C# development experience.
· Solid understanding of Angular 10+, HTML, and CSS.
· Understanding of agile software development practices.
· Experience with designing and developing RESTful web services using C# WEB API
· Experience in Commercial Real Estate industry preferred.
· Word/Excel VSTO development would be a plus.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
· Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate well on a team.
· Experience in gathering requirements from user group is nice to have.
· Can deliver solutions independently.

Project Manager-Indoor Air Quality

Description
The Project Manager position within the Indoor Air Quality Group will provide field services in the subject matters of asbestos, lead, mold, radon, and other indoor air quality parameters. Environmental consulting within the world of indoor air quality/industrial hygiene is a dynamic and fast paced environment. The wide variety of parameters all share a common thread in process; development of a sampling plan, sampling and investigation, creation of a work plan to remediate the issue, possible remediation management and monitoring, clearance testing and ongoing operations and management plans. The Project Manager is involved in day-to-day field activities of the Group’s active projects and plays a vital role in facilitating the successful completion of each project.
Role and Responsibilities
· Provide a well-informed and thorough survey of the client's property using the training you will receive and the equipment provided by BBG.
· Perform environmental surveys for hazards such as, but not limited to: asbestos, lead, mold, radon, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This includes both visual inspections of the work area and proper sampling techniques.
· Legibly fill out a Chain of Custody (COC) form for each inspection (some jobs may require several depending on the types of inspections performed).
· Prepare inspection reports based on the conditions you will observe at the job site with in-depth notes with the type of material, its location, the quantity, and any other required information.
· Confidently answer clients' questions and concerns in a respectful and informed manner.
· Perform inspections in a timely manner (including drive-time) to maintain scheduled appointments.

- Inspections may be performed in various environments based on our clients' needs including, but not limited to: indoors, outdoors, hot and cold temperatures, and inclement weather.
- While necessary precautions and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be in use, due to the nature of the industry, you will be in contact with various environmental hazards including, but not limited to: asbestos, lead, mold, radon, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- Inspections may include climbing ladders to access attics and roofs.
- Inspections may include entering confined spaces such as crawlspaces to perform the necessary work duties.
- Must be able to carry approximately 50 pounds throughout a work day.
- Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week.
- Must be located in Ohio or the surrounding area
- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
Qualifications/Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- College Degree in a science based discipline (Preferred)
- Asbestos Building Inspector Certification
- Lead Based Paint Inspector
- NRSB Radon Measurement Specialist or Technician Certification and/or NRPP Radon Measurement Professional (Preferred, Not Required at Time of Employment)
- Must maintain a clean DMV driving record and provide upon request.

Description
As a Managing Director of Client Services, you will be the lead technical resource and main contact for clients and sales teams. Your team will include members (reviewers and project coordinators) whose experience ranges from entry-level to 10+ years of experience. You will oversee the management of both in-house, full and part-time personnel, as well as per-project contracted individuals. Your team prepares Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and Seismic Risk Assessments (SRAs), for a variety of clients including, lenders, real estate investment trusts (REITs), equity investors, and direct buyers/sellers.
The Managing Director of Client Services oversees the entire project cycle, from engagement to deliverable, and ensures that compliance with applicable standards, technical quality of reports, and client scope of work are met or exceeded. This position requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The success of this position is dependent on the ability of the Managing Director to articulate highly technical concepts and recommendations to a largely non-technical audience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide bids for services to clients and sales teams as needed. Ensure engagement letters are properly prepared and projects are properly entered into the BBG project tracking system;
- Effectively communicate project expectations (i.e. Client-specific SOW, templates) to team members (Project Managers and contract assessors) in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the project. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members as needed. Oversee all site visit setups and client/site contact communications;
- Provide reasonable recommendations and solutions to clients, while understanding the deliverable’s potential impact on the transaction process;
- Identify and resolve issues with team members and clients;
- Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail), recommendations to the client and sales teams;
- Perform a final “last look”, to ensure quality and client readiness of all portions of reports, including text and appendices;
- Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns;
- Provide feedback on reports to Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers, and contract assessors as needed.
Reqirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Biological Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of commercial real estate due diligence experience, preferably in varying roles including field assessor and reviewer;
- General understanding of building systems including site work, structural systems, building envelope, and MEP;
- General understanding of industry-standard environmental concerns, including dry cleaners, vapor concerns, and sites with known or potential releases;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to?simultaneously manage deliverables for several ongoing assignments;
- Ability to multitask priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage individual team members and contractors;
- Ability to manage the completion of projects on time and within budget.

Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist our clients, mitigate construction risk, and keep them knowledgeably informed as to a project’s construction status – including scheduled site visit dates, delays or site access issues, required document list weekly client updates, and report delivery dates. You will assist with the preparation of Construction Risk Management (CRM) proposals and final invoices. You will work on various commercial projects such as multi-family residential, office, hospitality, student housing, medical office, congregate care, retail, and distribution/warehousing. A typical project will initially start with a review of the construction documents for completeness and best practices. Save and distribute checked-in documents to local PM or consultant whom will be performing the construction/renovation site visits. Familiarity with industry standard documents including AIAG702/703 Pay Application, lien waivers, Gantt type schedules, change orders, RFI logs, buy-out logs and stored material inventory logs is imperative. Software experience with Quire (report writing), Sessions (project tracking/invoices) and FileShare/DropBox/Box.com or similar client file sharing portals also preferred. During this process, you will be part of a team that advises clients, typically equity investors or construction lenders, on the risks: design, quality, constructability, completion, schedule, and costs. Direct client contact and regular email/phone communications is anticipated as part of daily duties. 100% remote position available.
