Chris currently serves as the CFO of BBG. Chris has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations within the professional services industry. Prior to his current position, Chris served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller at Ryan, LLC where he lead a team of managers responsible for global financial reporting and analysis, tax and compliance, treasury, travel, and the traditional core accounting functions with teams in the US and India. Ryan is a $400M global tax services firm.
Before joining Ryan, LLC, Chris worked at Haynes and Boone, LLP for 10 years as Controller and Financial Consultant where he lead a multi-national team responsible for consolidating the worldwide financial statements, tax and regulatory compliance, payroll, firm travel, and the traditional core accounting functions with teams in the US and Mexico. Haynes and Boone, LLP is a $300M full-service international law firm.

Blake Holman is currently Chief Information Officer at BBG, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Prior to BBG, Blake was Chief Information and Infrastructure Officer at St. David’s Foundation in Austin, Texas.
Blake has over 30 years of experience leading Information Technology Strategy, Development and Operations for several public and private companies in the Consulting, Telecommunications and Financial Services industries.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, a Strategic IT Management Certificate from the Scandinavian International Management Institute and a Master of Science degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governor’s University. Blake holds a number of industry security certifications including CEH, CHFI, C-CISO, CISM, CDPSE and CISSP.
In 2011 and 2012, Blake’s efforts as CIO of Ryan, LLC were recognized in the InformationWeek 500 listing of the most innovative business technology companies in the United States. In 2011, Ryan was ranked 130th, and in 2012, Ryan’s ranking rose to 98th. In both cases, Ryan was the highest ranked corporate tax services firm on the list.
In December 2012, Blake was named by Computerworld magazine as one of its 2013 “Premier 100 IT Leaders.” The Computerworld Premier 100 IT recognition is an international lifetime award that shines a spotlight on technology and business leaders from a broad range of organizations.
In October 2017, Blake co-authored the second edition of a book entitled “What Every Engineer Should Know About Excel”, a work that was originally published by his late father, Dr. Jack Holman, who was a world-renowned professor of Mechanical Engineering at SMU.
In November 2017, Blake was recognized by the Austin Chapter of the Society for Information Management as the Public Sector IT Executive of the Year in Austin, Texas at the 20th Annual Innotech Conference.
Outside the world of technology, Blake is a retired Rugby player and is working on Master Beekeeper certification.

James Sims SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Managing Director over Human Resources. As the head of HR James oversees the strategic approach to people and culture at BBG. I am passionate about seeing employees succeed in their careers while making a positive impact in their role with the business.
James’ career spans 20 years in different industries from technology, digital marketing, construction, chemical manufacturing, consumer products and healthcare. He is servant leader minded, influences creative decision making, and is a transformational change agent when needed. His goal is to align HR with the business strategy to maximize the HR teams’ value to the business. James holds an MBA in International HR Management and an MS in Organizations & Strategy from the University of Texas at Dallas as well as a BS in Sociology from Sam Houston State University.
James and his wife Lindsay have two wonderful children, Cora and Anderson, that keep them busy with their various interests.

Jonathan serves as Senior Managing Director of M&A where he leads the firm’s acquisition strategy and execution. Jonathan brings over seven years of M&A experience across a variety of industries, including business services, manufacturing, and distribution. Prior to BBG, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at P4G Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm with $200mm of AUM, where he was a member of the investment committee responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives. Prior to P4G, Jonathan was as a Senior Associate at Align Capital Partners, a growth-oriented lower middle market private equity firm with $750mm of AUM, where he was a member of the investment committee responsible for sourcing, investment diligence, and working with portfolio companies to execute on strategic growth initiatives.

Marc G. Nassif,
MAI, LEED AP, MRICS
Senior Managing Director
Mergers and Acquisitions Integration
Marc Nassif, MAI, LEED AP, MRICS is a Senior Managing Director at BBG. His expertise is in real estate valuation and advisory services. Mr. Nassif is responsible for management, client liaison, business development, appraisal production, and training.
Mr. Nassif’s experience encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate engagements for local and national clients for a variety of purposes, including asset valuation for pension funds, financing, estate taxation, proposed developments, ad valorem taxation, purchase price allocation, fresh start accounting, property insurance placement, and litigation. He has appraised numerous property types, including office, industrial, retail, vacant land, residential, automobile dealerships, and special purpose facilities such as parking garages. Mr. Nassif has completed assignments throughout the United States and Europe, and has experience managing large portfolio assignments. Mr. Nassif has also completed feasibility analyses, market analyses, market rental rate determinations, and impact studies. His experience ranges from high-density CBD developments to low-density agricultural land uses.
Mr. Nassif has experience appraising assets across Europe. Most specifically, assets in Germany, The United Kingdom, Belgium, France and Romania. The largest of these assets was a 3,000,000 square foot automobile plant in Craiova, Romania.
He is licensed as a certified general real estate appraiser in Alabama, California, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, and Ohio. Additionally, Mr. Nassif is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Nassif is a LEED Accredited Professional through the U. S. Green Building Council. The LEED AP designation is focused on environmentally conscious design and development of “green” buildings. The designation requires an understanding of the principles, techniques, and intentions of a certified building.

Katrina currently serves as the Senior Managing Director – Finance. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, 6 of which are in the professional services industry.
Prior to joining the BBG team, Katrina was Director of Corporate Accounting at United Surgical Partners International (USPI) for 12 years where she led a team of professionals responsible for managing corporate SG&A and budgeting and forecasting for the consolidated group. USPI is a $600M ($1.8B unconsolidated affiliates) healthcare company that owns and operates short-stay surgical centers and hospitals.

Paul Fomenky, Ph.D., is Managing Director – Head of Data Science. He has deep expertise in leading data-driven strategies for some of the world’s largest real estate companies.
Before joining the BBG team, Mr. Fomenky was Head of Data Science at JLL Valuation in Boston, where he led a global team that developed an artificial intelligence data platform.
Earlier, Mr. Fomenky was the Head of Data Products Developer at CBRE in Boston, where he oversaw the development of new data products. He also held other technical roles at CBRE and served as a Programmer/Analyst at La Delta Community College in Monroe, LA. He is the author of articles in academic and technology publications.
Mr. Fomenky holds academic degrees in computer science from the University of Massachusetts and Grambling State University.

As Marketing Manager, Patricia leads marketing efforts to support the firm’s growth. She is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for BBG in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Activities include managing the firm’s marketing budget and overseeing all marketing activities including social media, digital, advertising, events, collateral and public relations.
Before joining BBG, Patricia gained diverse experience across a number of industries, including positions in real estate, financial services and IT consulting. Patricia’s strengths include developing relationships, integrity and a strong work ethic.
