Mr. Graber serves as Chief Operating Officer for BBG.
Throughout his career as a valuation professional, Mr. Graber has completed numerous assignments throughout the United States and abroad for more than a decade, primarily specializing in seniors housing and healthcare properties.
Mr. Graber’s expertise includes third-party appraisals, fair market value, fair market rent and feasibility analyses, purchase price allocations, and market studies. His clients included lenders, health systems, physician groups, investment firms, banks, development and operating companies, insurance companies, private equity firms, pension funds and REITS.
Before joining BBG, Mr. Graber led a team that focused solely on valuation and advisory services for seniors housing assets including active adult, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and continuing care retirement communities. His team also provided services for acute- and post-care hospitals, surgery centers, psychiatric hospitals, behavioral healthcare facilities and other healthcare properties.

Bill Britain has been involved in the commercial services industry for more than 25 years. During which time, he served in numerous operational and financial leadership roles. After gaining experience in Internal Audit, Mergers and Acquisitions and Logistics Management for several large organizations, Bill turned his attention to a venture-backed firm named Premier Appraisals, where he was hired as the lead financial executive.
Premier Appraisals embarked on a consolidation of appraisal firms throughout the United States and was subsequently renamed Primis, Inc. based in Atlanta Georgia. Primis Inc., was eventually acquired by LandAmerica Financial Group. At that time, Bill was tasked with starting LandAmerica’s commercial appraisal platform. The effort to grow the LandAmerica Valuation Corporation platform led to the acquisition of BBG and several other regional appraisal firms.
During the 2008 financial crisis, LandAmerica Financial Group declared bankruptcy, and Bill led the management acquisition of LandAmerica Valuation Corporation. This entity was subsequently reformed into BBG. Bill has served in a variety of positions including CFO, COO, Board Advisor and Consultant to BBG since that time.
Bill graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree, and he earned an MBA from Louisiana State University. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation in the State of Georgia.

Blake Holman is currently Chief Information Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at BBG, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Prior to BBG, Blake was Chief Information and Infrastructure Officer at St. David’s Foundation in Austin, Texas.
Blake has over 30 years of experience leading Information Technology Strategy, Development and Operations for several public and private companies in the Consulting, Telecommunications and Financial Services industries.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, a Strategic IT Management Certificate from the Scandinavian International Management Institute and a Master of Science degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governor’s University. Blake holds a number of industry security certifications including CEH, CHFI, C-CISO, CISM, CDPSE and CISSP.
In 2011 and 2012, Blake’s efforts as CIO of Ryan, LLC were recognized in the InformationWeek 500 listing of the most innovative business technology companies in the United States. In 2011, Ryan was ranked 130th, and in 2012, Ryan’s ranking rose to 98th. In both cases, Ryan was the highest ranked corporate tax services firm on the list.
In December 2012, Blake was named by Computerworld magazine as one of its 2013 “Premier 100 IT Leaders.” The Computerworld Premier 100 IT recognition is an international lifetime award that shines a spotlight on technology and business leaders from a broad range of organizations.
In October 2017, Blake co-authored the second edition of a book entitled “What Every Engineer Should Know About Excel”, a work that was originally published by his late father, Dr. Jack Holman, who was a world-renowned professor of Mechanical Engineering at SMU.
In November 2017, Blake was recognized by the Austin Chapter of the Society for Information Management as the Public Sector IT Executive of the Year in Austin, Texas at the 20th Annual Innotech Conference.
Outside the world of technology, Blake is a retired Rugby player and is working on Master Beekeeper certification.

Ms. Doerner has over 15 years of experience in the environmental and engineering due diligence industry. As the Executive Managing Director of Operations for BBG Assessment, Ms. Doerner is responsible for the development and implementation of operational processes to drive sustainable growth across BBG’s assessment service line. She oversees the workflow process and is responsible for creating and implementing staff performance and quality evaluations to ensure a consistent, high quality report is delivered every time. With over 10 years dedicated to supporting commercial real estate clients in NYC, Ms. Doerner has been able to use her prior experience to develop procedures that streamline the due diligence process. She has created processes that enhance the customer’s ability to obtain salient data and details quickly so that informed decisions can be made.

Jonathan serves as Vice President, Finance and M&A where he leads the firm’s acquisition strategy and execution. Jonathan brings over seven years of M&A experience across a variety of industries, including business services, manufacturing, and distribution. Prior to BBG, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at P4G Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm with $200mm of AUM, where he was a member of the investment committee responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives. Prior to P4G, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at Align Capital Partners, a growth-oriented lower middle market private equity firm with $750mm of AUM, where he was a member of the investment committee responsible for sourcing, investment diligence, and working with portfolio companies to execute on strategic growth initiatives.

As Marketing Manager, Patricia leads marketing efforts to support the firm’s growth. She is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for BBG in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Activities include managing the firm’s marketing budget and overseeing all marketing activities including social media, digital, advertising, events, collateral and public relations.
Before joining BBG, Patricia gained diverse experience across a number of industries, including positions in real estate, financial services and IT consulting. Patricia’s strengths include developing relationships, integrity and a strong work ethic.
