  • Director or Managing Director of Commercial Mortgage Valuation Practice

The BBG Advisory team is looking for a candidate with 10+ years’ experience, State Licensed, MAI designated and a potential book of business. This is a significant opportunity to grow an appraisal practice in a dynamic, national firm.

  • Client Manager

    This position will support our BBG Assessment growth in the New York market.  The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking to clients.  The candidate should have a strong background in either PCAs or ESAs, and be conversant in both.  Ideally, the candidate would be located in the New York market.

  • East Coast ESA Reviewer

BBG Assessment is seeking a candidate living  in the eastern time zone.  The candidate will be primarily dealing with Banks that have an in-house Real Estate Technical Services (RETECHS) group.  PG or PE licensure a plus, but not required.

  • Staff Assessor in Orlando, Florida

BBG Assessment is seeking a candidate with a strong ESA background, with PCA ability a plus.  Strong writing skills are required.  Any state radon, asbestos, lead or other licenses a plus.

  • Managing Director of Seismic Services

Seeking an ASTM E2026-16 Senior Assessor to lead its seismic assessment group.  The candidate should be a licensed engineer with a minimum of 10 years of structural engineering and five yeas of seismic design experience.

  • Managing Director of HUD Services

This position requires an assessment professional knowledgeable of HUD requirements for Property Condition and/or Environmental Site Assessment guidelines.  Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience, enjoy working with clients and able to manage a national staff or trained professionals.

  • Project Managers

BBG is adding Project Managers experienced in conducting Property Condition Assessments and/or Environmental Site Assessments.  Openings available in the Tri-state area, Charlotte, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and Orlando.  BBG is also seeking a Project Manager with experience preparing Freddie Mac Green-up and Fannie Mae High Performance Building Module Green/Energy assessments.

  • Certified General Appraiser

Seeking  a self-motivated, driven individual capable of completing high quality appraisals of commercial real estate in a timely manner. Additionally, the individual must be career oriented and have a strong desire to advance. Candidate must hold a Certified General License, or be near completion of obtaining license.

BBG is a full-service provider of commercial property valuation products ranging from specialized due diligence and consulting services to full self-contained appraisals. Our management team has established and maintained professional relationships throughout a broad spectrum of clients including banks, agency lenders, equity investors, real estate fund advisors, REITs, and insurance companies

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university

+ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a certified general appraiser

+ MAI designation a plus or a candidate seeking an MAI in the near future

+ Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Argus.

+ Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.

+ Additional Salary Information: Will be commensurate with experience, background, and based on a competitive fee split.
